I had never been at such a desperate place as I was when I met Fred. He kindly met me where I was without pushing or hurrying me in the process. Fred gave me time and space to work through my questions and was attune to how to walk with me through the each new challenge. Fred is a perfect mixture of a man who has great skill and expertise, along with Spirit led ears and heart. Each time I meet with Fred, I feel like small pieces of my heart slowly begin to heal and come alive. Many of my friends who are in counseling do not have the same sacred experience as I do and it makes me sad. Fred speaks life and truth to me and because of that, I can trust him.
